I begin with the finest ingredients in your favorite flavor(s). I listen to you, helping you create the special cake you want.  I offer suggestions on flavor, size and decorations.  If you need help on other details to make your special day, I have  suggestions and samples to help you finalize your plans.  Call for details. 

I also make individual desserts and hors d'oeurves for receptions, gatherings, or whatever the occasion.  Other treats included in this option are chocolate truffles, various chocolates and fillings, dipped strawberries, pretzel rods, all offered in white, milk or dark chocolate, or combinations of chocolates.  Please call for details and pricing.

Who I Am

I began decorating cakes in  1966 when my mother signed us both up for a Wilton Class in Cake Decorating at the military base recreation services.  My mother and her friends sat at the main table chatting and working on their cakes while I sat in the kitchen and concentrated on decorating.  There I discovered a new art medium and have expanded my skills as I learn the new techniques in the world of cake art..  My creation for you is only limited by our imaginations.  If you have an idea, share it!!

 I have certifications in cake decorating, fondant and gumpaste design with more training scheduled.
