Cake and Frosting Choices

The traditional choice is a white cake with butter-cream frosting with a hint of lemon combined with a raspberry filling.  However, the trend is to chose whatever cake flavor and icings that you prefer.  Your special day is for you and should be what you want. 

Other cake flavors, even marbled combining two flavors on one layer, are:  chocolate, triple chocolate, hazelnut, pineapple, cherry, strawberry, carrot, cheesecake, red velvet, or any special flavor upon request.

Choose your frosting to compliment the type of cake you desire. Possibilities are: butter cream, cream cheese, dark chocolate, white chocolate.  You also have the option of rolled fondant in a variety of flavors: white or dark chocolate, butter vanilla, lemon, or almond.  Again, I can provide any flavor upon request.

Cakes can be covered in a soft white or ivory frosting. You should use a hint of your wedding colors to tie your cake into the wedding theme.
